The Arc Logger XIII (ALXIII) Portable is a battery powered unit capable of monitoring all types of arc welding. Whether in the workshop or a remote location, this versatile unit monitors across all the main arc welding parameters such as voltage, current, wire feed speed, travel speed, gas flow, temperature, purge oxygen levels, hot wire current and voltage parameters. In addition to producing average figures for all parameters, the unit additionally provides automatic heat input and energy calculations. As standard, the Arc Logger XIII (ALXIII) Portable can monitor one welding power source only. When fitted with optional and additional input channels, however, it simultaneously monitors up to four welding power sources. It is ideal for both Twin Torch Twin Bug Pipeline Welding systems and monitoring GTAW equipment with Hot Wire facility. The optional pulse mode creates an absolutely accurate monitor for complex welding waveforms. With pulse, the unit is able to produce quality reports whilst measuring peak and background values of voltage and current. Pulse mode complies with all requirements of ASME IX (2015)EEMUA Publication 158 (Third Edition) and PD ISO/TR 18491:2015. The onboard printer combined with the reporting software gives the welding/QC engineer instant information at the point of welding. Please refer to the datasheet for more information.

MALIII 4CHANNEL.jpg

Supplied in a rugged aluminium case, this go-anywhere unit weighs less than 9kg and set-up takes minutes, minimizing onsite downtime. The field proven sensor probes and IP rated controls mean the MAL III can be used in harsh conditions with the minimum of daily maintenance. An optional waterproof plastic hard case gives further protection for the unit and enables easy storage and shipment. A 4-channel version is also available.

Key Features

Probes: Monitor welding current up to 2000 amps and voltage up to 100 volts
Welding Processes: FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, SAW and AC/DC GTAW (with protection against HF Arc Starting)
Screen: 5.7-inch TFT
Battery: Allows up to eight hours of monitoring time between charge cycles.
Welding Data Storage: Dedicated 4GB removable memory stick (allowing integration of stored data into to Excel report spread sheet reports, on an external PC using supplied software)
Flexible QWERTY Keyboard (Optional): Enables heading data input facility and easier adjustment of other settings.

The standard base unit will measure and record Welding Current, Arc Voltage and Arc Time and will also calculate and record Arc Energy and Heat Input. Please refer to the datasheet for more information.

MONARC2 WELDING DATALOGGER

MonArc2.jpg

The all-new MonArc2 from TVC is one of the world’s most cost-effective welding monitors. Supplied in a rugged plastic case, this go-anywhere unit weighs less than 4Kg and set-up takes minutes, minimising onsite downtime. The field proven sensor probes and IP rated controls mean the MonArc2 can be used in harsh conditions with minimum of daily maintenance.

Key Features

Probes: Monitor welding current up to 2000 amps and voltage up to 100 volts

Welding Processes: FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, SAW and AC/DC GTAW (with protection against HF Arc Starting)

Screen: 5.7-inch TFTBattery: Allows up to eight hours of monitoring time between charge cycles.

Welding Data Storage: Dedicated 4GB removable memory stick (allowing integration of stored data into to Excel report spread sheet reports, on an external PC using supplied software)

The MonArc2 has options for the measurement of wire feed speed and total wire payoff, plus user programmable values for gas flow which enable the unit to calculate total gas consumption.

Providing the MonArc2 with full onsite traceability, the optional printer provides a hard copy record of the full weld parameters at the point of welding
